Merchant Admin: Transactions, Payouts
This page explains how you can match transaction parameters you see in our notifications and in the BridgerPay Merchant Admin Portal (Transactions and Payouts pages).
Information on transactions (deposits, refunds, and chargebacks) and payouts is available in the BridgerPay Merchant Admin Portal. You can find any financial record associated with your Merchant ID there and review all its details. Parameters presented in the "Transactions" and "Payouts" reports match the parameters you see in the notifications, but their respective names might not coincide.
Information on a financial record is divided among several tabs; their number and names vary depending on an operation type (find the respective tabs later). To see this information,
1. CLICK Transactions (for all operation types but payouts) or Payouts (for payouts) on the main menu (see "1" in the figure on the very left tab).
2. FIND THE financial record you are interested in on the open "Transactions" or "Payouts" page; you can use the filters above ("2").
3. CLICK THE financial record.

Transaction Details / Payout
The following table provides a list of parameters that you can find on the "Transaction Details" ("Payout") tab, their purpose, and their name in the notifications.

Refunds
This tab contains one or more refund transactions associated with a preceding deposit. Each refund transaction has the following attributes (parameters); some of them can be found in the respective notifications.

PSP logs
This tab contains a raw response we receive from a PSP; its structure and the set of parameters might significantly vary. Some of these parameters can be easily matched with the parameters we include in our notifications. The others are insignificant for our processes and communications. However, we provide you with this information too for possible inspection and verification.
Available if a payment transaction was modified (e.g. a deposit was approved and then refunded or a deposit was declined by one PSP but then approved by another.
Audit logs
This tab contains pieces of a raw response we receive from a PSP. We provide you with this additional information to trace the changes made to payment transactions. Some parameters you'll find there can be matched with the parameters we include in our notifications, for example statuses and a modification date ("modified" vs. "updated_at"). Some others, though, might be insignificant for our processes and communications, and thus we don't cover their purpose in our descriptions.
